Dec 26th 2011

The BCIBB had their 34th training.  Sensei Alexis Morales and Mr. Christian Rivera traveled to Puerto Rico and trained at Sense Martinez’s Dojo along with Sensei Eduardo Ganzalez.

Nov 12th 2011

The BCIBB had their 33th training.  Dan Promotion Testing was conducted by the following board members: Sensei Peter Haddad (Hachi-Dan), Sensei Alexis Morales (Roku-Dan), Sensei Ers Souto (Roku-Dan), and Sensei Ross Hinkle (Go-Dan).  Promotions to the rank of San-Dan includes Mr. Raymond Read, Mr David Riddle, and Mr. Charlie Morrison.  Promotion to the rank of Sho-Dan includes Mr. Carlos Oritiz.  In attendance were Sensei Todd Leroy (Yon-Dan), Mr. Christian Rivera (Ni-Dan), Ms. Tami Garside (Ni-Dan), and Ms. Cara Read (Sho-Dan).

Oct 29th 2011

The BCIBB had their 32th training.  Kumite Drills led by Sensei Alexis Morales.  In attendance were the following:  Mr. David Riddle, Mr. Charlie Morrison, and Mr. Christian Rivera.

Sep 24th 2011

The BCIBB had their 31th training.  Kata Review led by Sensei Alexis Morales and Sensei Ers Souto.  In attendance were the following:  Mr. Raymond Read and Mr. Christian Rivera.

Aug 27th 2011

The BCIBB had their 30th training.  Kusanku Bunkai led by Mr. Dave Riddle.  In attendance were the following:  Sensei Ers Souto, Mr. Raymond Read, Mr. Charlie Morrison, Mr. Christian Rivera, and guest brown belt Mr. Carlos Ortiz.

July 29-30th 2011

The BCIBB had their 29th training.  Seminars and Competitions at the 2011 Isshin-Ryu Hall of Fame.  In attendance were the following:  Sensei Ers Souto, Mr. Raymond Read, Ms. Tami Garside, Ms. Cara Readand and Mr. Josh Weisenberger.

June 25th 2011

The BCIBB had their 28th training.  Weapon vs. Weapon led by Sensei Ross Hinkle.  In attendance were the following:  Sensei Ers Souto, Mr. Raymond Read, and Mr. Dave Riddle.

No training was conducted this month do to member’s schedules.

Apr 30th 2011

The BCIBB had their 27th training.  Training involved Seiuchin Kata and application led by Sensei Alexis Morales.  In attendance were the following: Mr Ray Read, Mr. Dave Riddle, and Mr. Charlie Morrison.

Apr 3rd 2011

The BCIBB had their 26th training. This training session consisted of an all Karate-Ka invitation to the final gathering at the Dragonfly Dojo. The Dragonfly Dojo has closed its doors at this location.  The training agenda include upper and lower body basics and kata. In attendance were the following: Sensei Peter Haddad, Sensei Alexis Morales, Sensei Richard Rosenthal, Sensei Ers Souto, Sensei Ross Hinkle, Mr. Ray Read, Mr. Dave Riddle, Mr. Charlie Morrison, Ms. Tami Garside (who was presented with her Ni-Dan certificate), Ms. Cara Read, ?? Brown belt, ?? Brown belt, Mr. Sean Howard, and Mr. Josh Weisenberger.

The BCIBB had their 24th training.  Bo Technique and kumite let by Sensei Peter Haddad. In attendance were the following: Sensei Alexis Morales, Sensei Richard Rosenthal, Sensei Ers Souto, Gest Sensei Todd LeRoy, Mr. Ray Read, Mr. Dave Riddle, and Mr. Charlie Morrison.

Jan 15th 2011

The BCIBB had their 23rd training. The BCIBB traveled to the Orange City Dojo and participated in the 2011 Isshinryu Network seminars. Sensei Peter Haddad Taught Homaheiga No Tuifa Kata Basics, Sensei Alexis Morales taught street kumite techniques, Sensei Souto taught Isshinryu basics on angled attacks, and Sensei Ross Hinkle taught Tokumeni No Kun (Bo Kata).  Also in attendance were Mr. Ray Read, Mr. Dave Riddle, Mr. Charlie Morrison, and Mr. Christian Rivera.
